Built in 2010 by architects Thomas Eriksson and Magnus Dahl, this modern Swedish villa boasts almost 4,000 sq feet of living space on two levels. Multiple lounge rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and open air kitchen come together to create a welcoming family residence. Large widows and sliding doors allow light to flow through its interior of multiple open living spaces. The interior palette is pristine white which allows brilliant pops of color to create drama in every room. The exterior grounds feature a myriad of lawns, wooden deck, swimming pool, carport and garden shed all on a plot of less than an acre.

A contemporary open living space boasts a comfy grey flannel sectional in the living area and a table and chairs for six in the dining area. A small window above the table allows for extra natural light.

The central living room features a sleek fireplace surround with nondescript lines. An Eames Lounge Chair adds a touch of mid-century modern aesthetic.

The family room with built-in library and work station allows for many leisurely and work-related pursuits. The book shelves boast a lovely backlit feature that highlight the colorful book collection.

This large entertainment room provides plenty of space to stretch out, play games, watch TV and lounge. The large white carpet keeps the canvas white but adds comfort and warmth to the tile floor.

A nice size laundry room features plenty of built-in behind door storage and built-in washer and dryer within the cabinetry.

The brilliant white kitchen has a nice size island with bar seating as an eat-in feature. Painted white wood floors bounce the light throughout the space.

Who says modern has to be unfriendly? This modern kid’s room is fun, friendly and welcoming. Lots of play-inspired elements can be found throughout.

The built-ins in this modern bathroom are as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional. The dark wood of the vanity and shelves contrast nicely with the pristine white walls and floors.
